Moffatt Independent Trustees Ltd was created following a need of the existing clients of Moffatt & Co Financial Services Ltd to receive unbiased accurate and professional advice on all aspects of trustee duties and responsibilities.
We have gained an extensive knowledge through our experience and examinations in advising clients on all aspects of legislative, administrative and actuarial considerations of occupational pension schemes, both defined contribution and defined benefit. Whilst this provides a strong overall breadth of pensions knowledge, we have also built a network of other associated professional connections to offer a comprehensive range of all of the services required to advise trustees, scheme members, company administrators, receivers, insolvency practitioners, accountants, etc.
Our own expertise, experience and connections in the pensions industry allow us to offer an excellent, bespoke and cost effective solution to all of our existing and potential new clients.
